1. Necessary health services are provided to all the men, women, old and young children coming to the health sub-center.
2. ORS is provided for diarrhea patients.
3. Maternity patients arriving at the hospital are given the necessary advice including antenatal checkups and iron
Tablets are provided.
4. Cough is collected for sputum testing of TB patients under National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control Program
And free medicine for tuberculosis and leprosy patients.
5. Children and women are vaccinated under the EPI program.
. Health, nutrition and reproductive health education is given to the patients who come to the sub-health center.
. Reproductive health and family planning among adolescents and able-bodied couples arriving at the sub-health center
Activities are conducted.
. If necessary, the patient is referred to the Upazila Hospital.
9. Incoming patients and their relatives are concerned for necessary advice and counseling about healthcare

10. The required number of notice boards in the sub-health centers are placed in a visible place.
Necessary information is recorded on the notice board.
11. Subject to supply, medicines are provided free of cost from the service center. However, there is no need for treatment
The service recipient may have to purchase from outside a pharmacy.
12. List of medicines in stock on the board, list of services provided, list of physicians providing services
